MediaSave strictly respects the intellectual property of creators, videographers, photographers, and artists. We expect all users of our Service to respect these rights and to utilize our tools solely for lawful, fair-use personal archiving or backing up content they have created or have permission to access.

2. Nature of the Service & Technical Architecture

MediaSave is an automated media retrieval utility. We do not host, store, catalog, index, or broadcast copyrighted media files on our servers. When a user requests a download of publicly accessible media, the tool acts as a client proxy to stream data directly from Instagram’s public CDN edge servers to the user's personal device.

3. Notice and Takedown Procedure (DMCA)

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent acting on behalf of a copyright owner and believe that any functionality, link, or reference on MediaSave infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a formal notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) by providing our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g., URL to the original work or registration number).
• Identification of the material or URL on our service claimed to be infringing and reasonably sufficient information to permit us to locate the material.
• Your contact information, including your full legal name, physical mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA notice, we will investigate the matter promptly and take appropriate corrective action within 24–48 business hours, which may include disabling automated retrieval support for specified URLs or domains.
